Versa Life, LLC provides clean, safe, and affordable shared living for seniors 65+ who are individuals transitioning back into the community receiving SSI and/or SSDI, veterans, and other seniors who can live independently and benefit from a supportive shared-living environment.


Our homes are designed to offer more than just a room. Residents enjoy furnished semi-private accommodations, comfortable shared spaces, included utilities and Wi-Fi, convenient access to transportation, and opportunities to connect with others.

What we offer

Each placement includes a comfortable, fully furnished semi-private room, access to shared common spaces—including the kitchen and living room—and the support services outlined below.

Shared Living Homes

Furnished bedrooms in clean, well-kept homes with shared kitchen, laundry and living space — house rules that keep everyone comfortable.

Hygiene Starter Packages

Each new resident receives a complementary starter kit with basic personal-care essentials such as soap/bodywash, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, and other everyday hygiene necessities.

Public Transportation

All of our homes are conveniently located along MARTA bus routes, providing residents with easy access to transportation.

Cable/Wifi

Stay connected with cable and high-speed Wi-Fi included in your monthly rent and available throughout every home.

Laundry Services

Laundry is one of those little things that can have a big impact on health, happiness, and quality of life. Our residents will have access to a laundry room and will be issued laundry products as needed.

Social Events

Community and connection are an important part of shared living. Residents can enjoy optional game nights, social activities, and monthly gatherings designed to bring everyone together. Family and friends are welcome to join select events, creating opportunities to have fun, build friendships, and stay connected with the people who matter most.
